Azim Premji Scholarship 2025
The “Azim Premji Scholarship” is an initiative by the Azim Premji Foundation aimed at supporting girl students from disadvantaged backgrounds in pursuing higher education. This scholarship is part of the foundation’s broader commitment to improving the quality and equity of education across India. Access to education becomes increasingly difficult when a student, especially a girl, moves from primary to secondary schooling, and even more so in higher education.
The Azim Premji Scholarship seeks to help address the matter of financial constraints that girls face in accessing college education.

Azim Premji Scholarship 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be Indian citizens & residents of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, or ltki block, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
- This scholarship only for girl students.
- Applicants should be passed Grade X from a local government school.
- Applicants should be passed Grade XII from a government (regular/open) school in the academic year 2023-24 or earlier.
- Applicants must be secured admission as a regular student in the first year of a recognized undergraduate degree or diploma course at a government institution or credible bona fide private college or university at the time of application.

- Selected students will be awarded a scholarship of INR 30,000 per year.
- Scholarship is awarded for the entire duration (two, three, four or five years) of the undergraduate course/ programme.
- The scholarship can be used for tuition fees or any other expenses incurred during the course of the student’s education.
