These NSP scholarships are available for SC, ST, OBC, GEN and students with disabilities. The National Scholarship Portal provides the NSP Scholarship 2025 for all students. To get this scholarship, you need to visit the official website of the National Scholarship Portal, fill out the NSP Form, and get the benefits.

  • All the OBC, EBC and DNT students with parent’s annual income of upto Rs.2.50 lakh per annum are eligible.

There are different dates for these NSP scholarships. NSP pre-matric scholarship date will start soon, and the last date for the application will be announced soon. We request all candidates who want to apply for this scholarship to fill out the form before the last date.

National Scholarship Portal (NSP) – How Can You Apply for a Scholarship?

Step 1: Searching for the Institute

  1. Go to the home page of the portal.
  2. Click on the ‘Search for Institute’ button.
  3. Enter the required details to get the list of institutions.
  4. If your institution is not listed, request them to register on the portal.

Step 2: Registering with the National Scholarship Portal (NSP)

  1. New users should visit the Home Page of the National Scholarship Portal.
  2. Click on ‘New Registration’.
  3. Read the Guidelines for Registration on NSP carefully.
  4. Click on ‘Continue’ to proceed.
  5. Fill in all the required details.
  6. Click on ‘Register’.
  7. You will receive a student application ID and password on your registered mobile number.

Step 3: Logging in to the National Scholarship Portal

  1. Click on the login button to start the scholarship application.
  2. Enter the application ID and password you received on your registered mobile number.

Step 4: Changing the Password (Mandatory Step)

  1. After logging in, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
  2. Verify the OTP.
  3. You will be directed to the change password page.
  4. Change your password and continue.

Step 5: Entering the Dashboard

  1. After changing the password, you will be directed to the Applicant’s Dashboard Page.
  2. Click on ‘Application Form’ to start the application.
  3. Fill in all registration, academic, and basic details.
  4. Click on ‘Save & Continue’.
  5. Add contact details, scheme details, and upload necessary documents.
  6. Click on ‘Save as Draft’ to confirm the information is correct.
  7. Once confirmed, click on the ‘Final Submit’ button.

How can I apply for multiple scholarships?

You cannot apply for multiple scholarships. You can only apply for one scholarship at a time. In order to change your scholarship scheme, you will have to withdraw your current scholarship application first. Please note that you will not be able to withdraw your application if any of the following conditions are met –

  • If the application has been approved by L2 (Nodal officer)
