How to apply for scholarship for girls on National e-Scholarship Portal?
- Applications will be invited once in a year on the National e-Scholarship Portal of the Government of India. Short notification will also be uploaded on the UGC website.
- Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. Only verified online applications will be considered for award of scholarship.

Kiran Girls Scholarship and Mentoring Program
Every year, 40 students receive scholarships of INR 40,000 until they graduate. Additionally, ten affirmative action students are included in the program. Sudakshya For Girls Child Scholarship
The initiative is called the Sudakshya for Girls Child Scholarship. It is managed by the Skill Development & Technical Education Department, Government of Odisha. This scholarship is for girl students from General, ST, SC, OBC, SEBC, and EBC categories in Odisha. The government will give financial help to these students. Girls who win the scholarship will receive cash benefits. It is only for girls who are taking ITI courses in any trade.
Reimbursement of Admission and Hostel Fee: Maintenance allowances will be given as follows:

₹500 per month for day scholars
Reimbursable cost of uniform: ₹3000. Maintenance allowances for apprenticeship training after ITI:
