CMSS Scholarship scheme launched by Government of Gujrat. This scholarship program supporting the  education of deserving students of pre-matric and post-matric and pursuing diploma or degree courses. This scholarship program is designed to provide financial assistance to students to continue their education and pursue quality education. With the help of this scholarship program students can access and excel in higher education. CMSS Scholarship is only available for those students who are permanent residents of the Gujarat state.

CMSS Scholarship

Chief Minister Scholarship Scheme (CMSS) is available for only those students who are permanent residential of Gujrat state, and want to continue their education despite their weak financial background. Students who have annual family income less than 4.5 lakh per annum for those needy students Gujrat Government decided to provide CMSS Scholarship. This is very good scheme which is provided by Gujrat Govt. for Gujrat students, with the help of this scholarship program students can do higher education without any financial crises. They can also make their future bright as they want.

Documents Required

• Aadhaar Card of the applicant.
• Passing marksheet or certificates of class 10th and 12th.
• Income certificate .
• Caste certificate.
• Domicile certificate of the candidate.
• Student bank account details.
• Passport size photograph.
• Admission letter .

CMSS Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

For Fresh Application:

• Applicant should be residential of Gujrat.
• The candidates who belong to SC, ST, and EBC categories are eligible for the CMSS Scholarship.
• Annual family income should be less than 4.5 lakh per annum.
• Students have minimum 60% marks in 10th and 12th board exams from an affiliated  institution.
• Student should be a study in UG or PG course in Gujrat.

For Renewal Application:

• For renewal 75% attendance is mandatory.
• The student should have passed the previous examination with at least 50% marks.

Rewards :

1. Diploma Courses: Students enrolling in diploma programs after completing Class 10 or 12 receive 50% of the fixed annual tuition fees, up to a maximum of ₹50,000 per year.
2. Degree Courses: Students advancing to degree programs after a diploma are eligible for 50% of the tuition fees in professional courses, with a cap of ₹1,00,000 per year.

5. Upload all the relevant documents.
6. Verify your details and successfully submit the application form.
