SMT. KANAK AGGARWAL NAAS GIRLS SCHOLARSHIP 2024-25
This scholarship is available for female students enrolled in B.Sc. courses from the first to fourth years, offering 21 scholarships per batch (84 scholarships in total over four years). After fourth-year students graduate, their scholarships will rotate to incoming first-year students. A selection form for first-year students is attached.

Santoor Scholarship 2024
Santoor Scholarship 2024 Program, launched by Wipro Consumer Care, offers financial assistance to underprivileged girls from Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Telangana. It targets those who have completed their 12th grade from government schools and wish to pursue higher education in any field. Each year, 900 scholarships are awarded, covering tuition fees and other educational expenses up to INR 24,000 per year. This year, the Santoor Scholarship will provide financial support to 1,500 eligible girl students across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Chhattisgarh. How to apply for scholarship for girls on National e-Scholarship Portal?
- Applications will be invited once in a year on the National e-Scholarship Portal of the Government of India. Short notification will also be uploaded on the UGC website.
- Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. Only verified online applications will be considered for award of scholarship.
- Affidavit regarding Single girl child status may be uploaded as per format.
- 3,000 fresh scholarships will be awarded every year.
- The awardee can avail of other scholarship also during the tenure of this scholarship.
Kiran Girls Scholarship and Mentoring Program
Every year, 40 students receive scholarships of INR 40,000 until they graduate. Additionally, ten affirmative action students are included in the program. These students get mentoring and industry exposure from their first year of graduation. Summer and winter residential schools are held in Pune and Bangalore for second- and third-year students to improve their technical and soft skills. Students also have the chance to attend seminars across India and complete their final year projects at Persistent Systems. These experiences boost their confidence. Sudakshya For Girls Child Scholarship
The initiative is called the Sudakshya for Girls Child Scholarship. It is managed by the Skill Development & Technical Education Department, Government of Odisha. This scholarship is for girl students from General, ST, SC, OBC, SEBC, and EBC categories in Odisha. The government will give financial help to these students. Girls who win the scholarship will receive cash benefits. It is only for girls who are taking ITI courses in any trade.
Reimbursement of Admission and Hostel Fee: Maintenance allowances will be given as follows:
₹1500 per month for hostellers
₹500 per month for day scholars
Reimbursable cost of uniform: ₹3000. Maintenance allowances for apprenticeship training after ITI:
₹1000 per month within the state
₹1500 per month outside the state
One-month maintenance allowance of ₹5000 after completing 6 months on jobs outside the state.
Note 01: Benefits will be directly transferred to the student’s bank account.
Note 02: Maintenance allowances will be released every six months.
Note 03: ST, SC, OBC, Minority, Children of BOC Workers, PwD, MCP, Merit, and other stipend/scholarship holders will receive only the difference in amounts.
